This year we are cutting back the total number of vendors by almost 30%. We want to have quality vendors that fit into what Born-Free is about and contribute something to our community.
We have recognized that we had too many vendors last year and it was too difficult on set up day & working out the vendor map. This year as you may know it's a 2 day show,so your vending experience should be much more profitable & less frantic.
This means less competition and more time to spend with you and your goods or services. That extra day will give people the time they need to feel relaxed & do some shopping with you. We also will have more ATM'S and working on possibly WIFI.
So if you want to vend at BF6 now is the time to act. The spots are filling up quickly and when we are sold out that is it!! We will sell out!! Please email Holly @ holly@bornfreeshow.com for vending instructions and information. She is the only person handling the vendor info.
If you have already sent in payment please remember without the signed Vendor Agreement Form you are not on the vendor map. That form is a must for all vendors. Also please make sure if you Pay Pal your payment or send a check, you clearly put in the notes your Company name. We have received several with just personal info and we have no clue who they belong too. The Vendor form also must have the Company name clearly stated.

We will cut off vendors when we are full or March 15 th. which ever comes first.
Vendors will receive their vendor packages with space # and a vendor map no later the April 30th 2014. This will give you time to let your customers know where you will be and make all necessary show arrangements. This year we will be organized and ready for you!! Please act now.
